Ian Adema (writer/director/producer)

From an early age he wanted to make movies and as soon as he was able to pick up a camera he started shooting. It didn't matter what it was, so in the beginning most of what he did wasn't very good. But he kept at it at and life threw a number of curve balls. He spent just over four years in Chicago earning his B.A. in Communication Arts while also making short films and getting serious about acting. In 2009 he did a semester in LA where he learned the ins and outs of the industry. Shortly after that he ended up in the U.S. Army which brought him to Hawaii, allowing him to work on his first feature and landing him a small speaking role opposite Bradley Cooper in the new Cameron Crowe feature.
